Cheyenne's Spinach Chicken Salad

This is a yummy salad that's quick and filling.  I don't always have time to grill a chicken breast for a salad, so this is a great alternative!  When Cheyenne first introduced this to me I was a little hesitant about the canned chicken breast, but it's delicious - especially shredded!  Add the veggies and whatever cheese you have in the refrigerator and you have a delicious salad in no time!


Arrange the following on your plate or in a bowl:

Baby spinach
Canned chicken breast, shredded
Cranberries
Pecans, chopped
Red pepper, sliced
Cheese (Feta, Goat cheese, Parmesan, Monteray Jack, etc.)

Top with Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard Dressing, or the dressing of your choice.
