Bette Hagman's French Bread Mix
I use this flour blend for my breadsticks.
3 1/2 cups white rice flour
2 1/2 cups tapioca flour
2 tablespoons xanthan gum
2 (7 gram) packets unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons egg replacer
1/4 cup sugar
