1 lb ground beef, browned
2 cans refried beans
1 package taco seasoning
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water

Combine in crockpot.  Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
Serve on tostada shell with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, guacamole and sour cream.

Note:  My favorite refried beans are Rosarita Green Chili and Lime
